John Eddie Williams, Jr.

Managing partner and co-founder of Williams Kherkher Law Firm, John Eddie Williams, Jr., has spent the past quarter century representing thousands of families, including those who have suffered catastrophic brain injuries.

A magna cum laude graduate of Baylor University School of Law, he has worked on all type of personal injury cases, including asbestos, burn victims, brain injuries, death and dismemberment from plant explosions, the diet drug fen-phen, and Vioxx. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Texas. He is married to Sheridan Williams.

Jim S. Hart

Partner Jim Hart manages the Labor and Employment docket for Williams Kherkher. Jim also has represented families with brain injury cases as well.

Jim earned undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University. As an undergraduate, Jim distinguished himself as the captain and quarterback of the Red Raiders football team. He holds memberships in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association Texas, the State Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas.
